The Student and Youth Department of YMCA focuses on engaging students and youth in activities such as leadership development, community service, and personal growth initiatives. The HI-Y (High School YMCA) and UNI-Y (University YMCA) are the two subdivisions of the Student Department, YMCA provides platforms to promote holistic development of the students and Youth through its projects and activities.
Women Empowerment Programmes of YMCA aim to uplift and support women through initiatives that promote equality, education, and self-sufficiency. The programmes include, Advocacy and Awareness, Health and Wellness, Leadership Training etc
Hostel and Guest Rooms YMCA provide safe, affordable, and comfortable accommodations in Hostel (K George Hostel) for University students and also in International Guest rooms for the visitors. The room rents are very competitive.
Halls: There are 3 large conference halls (Dr. Abraham Hall, P.K.Koruth Hall and KC Eapen Hall), Mini Conference hall (Samuel Matteer Hall) and a Mini Hall which are available for rent. The cafeteria provides a space for members, visitors, and residents to relax, socialize, and enjoy meals or refreshments. There is also a sales counter for selling products of our Rural Development Centres
YMCA Membership provides individuals with access to various programs, facilities, and services while fostering a sense of community and shared values. Membership committee select individuals as members based on their potential to contribute to the YMCA's mission and the welfare of society. It also makes recommendations for inducting new full members as per the constitution and bylaws.
Physical Education Committee in YMCA plays a crucial role in promoting health, fitness, and well-being through sports and physical activities.
